Accounts

  1. A credit account may be opened on receipt of one suitable trade and one bank reference.

  2. Interest at 2% per month may be added to any overdue account. An account shall be deemed overdue 30 days after the date of invoice.

Prices

  1. All prices quoted are nett and subject to VAT together with any other agreed surcharges.  There will be a 100% surcharge for same-day service  - minimum charge of £10.00 plus VAT.

Copyright

  1. We undertake work on our customers' behalf on the understanding that they have full legal title to the copyright of any material submitted to us.  We reserve the right to see proof of ownership.

Colour matching

  1. A sample must be supplied at the time of ordering if accurate colour matching is required. In the event of any complaint all work the subject of such complaint must be returned within 3 days.

Liability

  1. Films, negatives or other photographic material are accepted for processing and printing on the basis that their value and that of any prints produced does not exceed the current retail value of the cost of the material itself. It is your responsibility to notify ProFoLab in writing, when submitting valuable material prior to processing.

Terms of business may be amended without notice and the current terms and conditions shall always apply.

ProFoLab`s liability for loss or damage, however caused will be limited to the replacement of the material . No other liability will be accepted. No other claim for consequential loss will be considered, howsoever arising.

Postage will be charged at cost on all orders ( minimum £1.50 per order) Special and Recorded Delivery can be arranged if requested at the time of the order and will be charged at cost.
